OK guys...ready-set-go! After just finishing a great game of baseball on Saturday, the boys met at Coach Murdock's home for a cookout and last minute prep, going over some finer details about traveling out of the country. It was great seeing the team preparing the duffle bags full of equipment to give away and you could see the excitement and anticipation in their faces. The following are a couple of verses that Pastor Rusty Coram shared with us this morning in church and it seemed quite fitting for you as you embark on this exciting adventure for Christ:
"I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ." Philemon 1:6 NIV.
"God has given us the privilege of urging everyone to come into his favor and be reconciled to him. For God was in Christ, restoring the world to Himself, no longer counting men's sins against them but blotting them out." 2 Corinthians 5:17-19 TLB
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8 NLT
